Our daughter studied hip-hop, ballet, and modern dance with Miss Donna from first grade through junior high. Her classes were the highlight of each week, helping our daughter build confidence, strength, and a true love for dance. Miss Donna’s teaching philosophy embraces the belief that dance is for everyone, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can learn and grow at their own pace.

We came to Apex when our daughter was 7 and stayed for 11 years because of Ms. Donna. She teaches not only strong technique, but also character, accountability, and kindness. Our daughter’s team was close-knit and truly felt like family—traveling together, supporting one another, and learning how to work hard and accept feedback with grace. Ms. Donna played a meaningful role in helping raise our daughter. Apex did more than train a dancer; it helped shape a confident, resilient young woman, and we are incredibly grateful.

We are so grateful for the 8+ years our daughter spent at Apex Dance & Performing Arts. Under Donna Murray’s leadership, she gained not only strong dance training, but also confidence, teamwork, and empowerment. The studio’s diversity, supportive atmosphere, and multi-style training prepared her perfectly for her high school dance team. Apex truly became our dance family.

As the parent of two dancers who have trained at Apex for over 10 years, I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support the studio provides. Under Donna’s guidance, my children have grown not only as dancers, but as confident young people. Apex’s warm, encouraging environment helped them explore new styles, embrace challenges, and feel truly seen. One of my children even discovered a passion for dance and now teaches at Apex during the summers. Apex has been one of the best choices our family has made.
